If your PCs are coming out too high, especially by a multiple of 128 (+/-1), that's a MIDI bank issue. Do you have any buttons or expression pedals that happen to be sending CC#0 or CC#32? That would cause a new MIDI bank to be selected.
Yes, for sure, since both the Mark 7 and the Axe-Fx are MIDI capable, the GT will work will with them. You only need a few MIDI cables to connect them.
There aren't as many racks being built these days, but see if you can find any old pics from Dave Friedman (Rack Systems) or Dave Philips (LA Sound Design). They probably post on Instagram, and there should be some old internet forum posts you could search for. They do great work.
Is there a tempo set in each song? If Ignore Preset Tempos is turned on, and the current song's tempo isn't set to a specific value, then it won't send anything.
Mixing mono and stereo pedals in loops 7-10 requires special cables. Please check the post "USING STEREO EFFECTS" at the top of the forum, it has all the details.
USB isolators are the best solution for this. They sell a few on Amazon. The one that I currently have is no longer made, but any USB 2.0 isolator should do the job.
