Is there anyway to kill the dry signal remotely with a PBC6x? I’m currently using a Suhr minmix for certain patches to remove the dry signal. The one thing the minmix lacks is the level controls.
I’m using a hold function to turn on my delay pedal on the fly with CC message, it’s not in a loop.
Sometimes, I’ll need to go to the preset which I have set A CC to turn off the delay. When I go to a different preset with no delay and try to turn it on using the hold function, I always have to...
Wow, I was thinking about ordering a Ventris. But, not if can only handle one message at a time. I also run my reverb outside of my PBC6X. You could also keep it on the first row to turn it off/on. But, I’m sure you use A PBC6X to get away from the tap dancing. Good luck to you.
I use one of my aux buttons just to turn on & off loop 1 where my comp is. The cool thing is, I can cycle through all my presets and it doesn’t effect the loop till I turn it off.
I’m pretty sure you can mix/match Morningstar & RJM. You can add to the RJM if you need more. The one other thing you’re forgetting about is the buffers on both units are different output values. The Morning star has a lower value. Which will give you more high end presence. I personally like...
I’ve only used the Morning star midi pedals.
But, if ML10 is anything like their controllers it’s pretty easy to use. I must say that I prefer the all in one PBC6x.
I’ve setup switch 2 to have a hold to turn on loop 6. I want it to stay on till I turn it off. Right now it’s turning off, when I switch presets. But, I also use loop 6 on 2 other presets. Any ideas?
Thank you…
Suhr minimix 2 would work. It also has a kill dry feature. I use one with my H9 & PBC. I kill the dry when I use reverse DLY & tremolo presets. You can use FN switch to kill the dry. I use A Suhr micro MIDI to kill my dry singnal. I’m using the FN for amp switching.
You really need to try them out yourself with your rig. With the component tolerances in pedals on any given day, I could have preferred one of the other pedals. if the store had a different batch in stock.
