Bugs in editor v3.4.6

I've connected my Axe-Fx II XL, but defined and configured it as a generic PC/CC MIDI device instead of selecting the pre-set device.

When I import the Setup configuration from the hardware to the editor (Mac 3.4.6), some settings are not imported.

The ones that I noticed are:

- Start up on last Preset
- Reverse Menus
- Show Page Names
- Hold time ms (editor doesn't allow values below 500, but the hardware does)

This still happens in 4.0 beta. The editor doesn't import the Reverse Menus setting nor Start Up On Last Preset. Maybe others too, I just tested these.

Yup, tis been this way for as long as i can remember. Even when saving the settings to disk and recalling, they dont update. I just get used to rechecking the boxes upon open, everytime.
