Headrush + EVH 5150 III (100w) w/ Mini Amp Gizmo

Hi,

I recently acquired the Mini Amp Gizmo to use with my new Headrush multi-effects pedalboard and my EVH 5150 III (100w).

The issue I am experiencing is a noticeable latency gap and a loud pop whenever I switch channels. Not good if playing live...

I am using the 4 cable method, the custom EVH 5150 III Midi cable from RJM, and a 5 pin Midi cable.
Below is how I have it routed:

Headrush Output Send >> Amp Return
Headrush FX Loop Send >> Amp Input
Headrush FX Loop Return >> Amp Send
Headrush Input >> Guitar
Headrush Midi Out/Thru >> Mini Amp Gizmo MIDI in

My Clean Channel on my 5150 is saved to the Mini Amp Gizmo Channel 1.
My Crunch Channel to 2 on the gizmo.
And my Lead Channel to 3.

It seems like the signal is not processing quick enough.

Anyone else experiencing a similar issue? Is there any way to fix this?

Any help in fixing this appreciated. Thanks!
