I have noticed a weird thing, when i fire up my axe3 and gt22 it takes a few minutes before its running (preset selector on axe dos not change preset on the gt22)
and also sometimes i have latency pressing the gt 22 it does activate the IA but the light comes on delayed..

anyone else see this ?

I haven't seen that happen myself. Is the GT connected directly to the Axe-Fx, or is there anything in between? And, have you tried different cables?
 
The Gt and axe is connected via 2 x 5 pins midi into 6 pin xlr have tryen just 2 normal midi cables same thing....
 
Weird. Is there any other MIDI device that you can connect the GT to see if it has any trouble with it?
 
Could This be it?
New axe 3 firmware.-..

Possibly? It does sound related. I did a quick test with 2.02 and didn't see anything weird, but I didn't have all that long to play with it.
