[Implemented] Wish: "Song -" and "Song +" actions

We can assign "Preset -" and "Preset +" actions, to switch presets down and up, one by one.
I'd like to be able to the same with Songs.

How about an IA with a System / Song: Up or Song: Down action?

Having learned this, I'm trying to assign this "special" Song function (Down and Up) to external switches.

Could not get it to work on the hardware (it's a bug), but with the editor I succeeded.
