I am running a Mini Amp Gizmo. It is mounted on my pedalboard along with everything else. I am having a junction box made for easier setup. There will be 3 ins/outs and I want to be able to connect my MAG. That means I will need a short 8-pin cable (on both ends) to run from the MAG to the junction. Is the 8-pin "To Amplifier" connection just an 8 pin midi jack? If that is the case, I could just get 2 of those and use those for the junction box, run a shorty 8-pin from the MAG to the junction and then the Bogner amp cable from the junction to the back of the XTC.

Yes, the connector is just an 8-pin DIN connector, the 8-pin version of a MIDI connector. We're kind of overloaded with cable work, but if you need some made, you could contact Best-tronics - www.btpa.com - they make pretty much everything.
