Loop 4 Split Mono Issue

Hey! My PBC 6x is fairly new. I'm having an issue with loop 4. I put it in split mono and loop 7 isn't working but I can hear loop 4 when it's engaged. I did a factory reset and the issue still persists. Any help or troubleshooting I can do to fix this?
 
If you aren't running the latest firmware (5.1.0), then update. I remember a bug from a few years ago that would cause this.
