Mini Amp gizmo don´t change Mark V amplifier channel

Dear Support

I use Mini AMp Gizmo to control my amplifier Mesa Boogie model Mark V, but recently, i can´t change amp channel.

Using Mesa Boogie Mark V floor pedal, every thing works. But using Mini Amp more RJM cable i can´t change channel. Every other functions, Reverb, Mute, equalizer, solo, fx, are working.

All Led lights are working.

Since 2012 i use two Voodoo Labs loop switchers with one Voodoo Labs Midi Controller. I tested Mini Amp with and without midi controller connected.

Please help me.

Have you done a full reset? Checked Midi Channel configuration? Done the amp configuration set-up, etc?
