mini amp gizmo question

3 months ago, I bought a MINI AMP GIZMO and Function Switcher and Mesa ® Mark V amplifier interface cable, I have not test, after receipt it ,

because I learned on the outside. Now after the end of the study, I went back home and test it,

but there are some problems, can not use, as video shows. I guess this is the cable problem, I use MARK V's FOOTSWICH, everything is normal.

But I am an international buyer, I was in China, how to solve this? If you want to mail back line replacement, international freight is very expensive,

you paid it?I send 2 mails to support,but no answer.

Hi, I did respond to your email this morning but will repeat it here. Please let me know where and when you bought the cable from. We'll make sure you get a replacement cable - it's very likely to be the cause of the problem.
