Mini amp gizmo relays getting stuck, and or not functioning

bought MAG about a month and half ago, its starting to act weird. out of no where the relays are getting stuck / or not working. I'm using it with a blackstar ht-100 head. I have checked all possible troubleshooting and determined this is the problem. my question is would a factory reset fix this problem or is this a hardware/common problem? any help would be appreciated.

its not common, however what are you powering the MAG with that may be the problem

It's definitely not a problem I've heard of so far. Did you set the switches on the MAG to be momentary (using the directions that came with the cable)?
