PBC 6X & JHS Red Remote

Will the PBC act as a red remote? If so, how?

It can using the function jack. I do it with a Kilt V2 on my PBC 10. You just run a TS cable (if you have a second pedal to control, you can use a TRS > 2x TS split cable) to the red jack. The feature is then triggered using the function switch feature in the PBC. Personally I have mine set up so that a quick tap activates the loop my Kilt is in, and a long press triggers the function switch and turns on the fuzz mode on the kilt.

how did you get up the hold function like that with the red remote?

Set up as the Hold function on a normal IA switch.

I use it the same way as PianoMan. Short tap for the Kilt’s ‘blue’ side and hold for the 'red' side. Works great!
