The GP8 is essentially 6 BOSS analog '80s-era pedals combined with Roland stereo digital delay and chorus, a la SDE-3000.Pluis you can insert a preamp in between the analog and digital sections via 4CM. Pretty cutting edge for mid-'80s. The problem is it doesn't have CC support so you are limited to presets and one expression parameter. In order to toggle the effects individually for IA use you would have to use SYSEX.
I'm pretty sure the required info is in the manual on page 34, but I lack the experience writing SYSEX commands to make this work.
