Tuner from Kemper doesn't work when using phantom power box

Hello, I have some issues with the tuner function on the MastermindLT. When I used the switcher with the Kemper without the phantom box the tuner got the input from the kemper, but after I used the phantom power box the tuner function does not work. I doesn't get the info from the kemper.
I thought that the phantom box combines the midi in and out from the kemper , so in theory it should work?
I need to say that MastermindLT is on FW 4.0.11 and Kemper is on 5.4.1.13203.

If anyone has some idea why that happens ?
 
Make sure you have the right phantom power box - one that connects to both the MIDI input and output of the Kemper. Also make sure that the Bidirectional MIDI setting is turned on in the LT's MIDI settings.
