I am thinking of a buying a Rack Gizmo to finalize my rack. My setup is not very complex, so the unit may be overkill for my current needs; but being so versatile it would be a “definitive” tool. I am attaching a chart of my setup; it would be great if I could have your comments !

Also, I would like RJM to build a cable to control the Suhr Koko boost via the amp 1 switcher connection of the rack gizmo (I do not use them as I do not have any amp to control); do you know if this is something feasible?

You almost have it correct - The Masotti output goes to In 7. Out 7 goes to In 8. Send 7 goes to the effect unit, Send 8 goes to the dry input of the mixer. (This assumes that you want to switch off the dry signal sometimes).
