Post Question of Mesa RRN cable
Has anyone ever modified the RRN cable to "not switch" a particular pin? I want my reverb to stay "on" with my roadster 100% of the time. I do NOT want to have the mini amp gizmo "turn on" the reverb on every patch. This is due to a switching issue I (and others) experience with the Mesa Roaster.

Is this possible? I can imagine breaking off the reverb pin, but don't want to have to if I don't need to.

Advice?

Thanks

Mik

Hi, I think we talked on the phone, but I'll repeat it here. You can definitely remove control of a function. I don't recommend breaking off a pin, but you can definitely cut a wire leading to the connector. The blue wire leading to the Mesa connector controls reverb. Don't cut the blue wire on the Amp Gizmo side of the cable - it controls a different function!
