Firmware Update

I have not updated my GT in quite a while. Should I do updates sequentially or can I update to latest?
Also I am doing a complete redo so I will not need to keep or restore any presets. Thanks

Defintely go through everything and check afterwards. I've tried to make the settings convert from one version to the next, but sometimes things change to the point where we can't have the new firmware behave exactly like the old firmware.
