Alternate Preset Round Robin

Disclaimer - Searched the forum for this topic before posting .

I'm trying to set up a button to round-robin between three presets.

Preset 1 has alternate preset calling for preset 2.
Preset 2 has alternate preset calling for preset 3.
Preset 3 has alternate preset calling for preset 1.

In theory, the button should cycle between the three presets, but it's not working as expected. I'm probably missing a setting somewhere to make it work. Any clues?

Alternate presets don't work that way, unfortunately - pressing once goes to the alternate preset, pressing a second time returns to the original preset, it doesn't access the alternate's alternate.

Hi, I'm quite new to the PBC/6X. Just trying to learn something here as well.

Why not using an IA Cycle button in your case? Wouldn't it do exactly what you are after?
