Clear out the presets in the 400s that seem to be messed up. If it was working previously, then doing that will probably fix the issue you were seeing. That is odd. Can you tell me what bootloader version you have? It's shown when you hold both buttons on power up.

There's likely something that needs to be fixed, but I have yet to be able to reproduce the problem here. That's why it still exists. If anyone ever finds a reproducible case, it's likely that I could fix it.

When doing this, you need to hold the two small buttons under the main screen as you power up, which puts the GT into bootloader mode. That might be what you're missing. I'll be in the office today, so I can give this a try and see if I can reproduce the problem.

Do you have MIDI PC Mapping enabled on the Axe-Fx? If so, disable it, it just causes problems. I recommend editing all of your scene buttons, setting Group to None on all of them, and turning off all checkboxes except IA Link, which should be on. That's our recommended setting for scenes.

What happens each time you press Preset +? What does it say on the main LCD?

That would need to be done in the Mastermind Editor's Buttons tab. It would make sense to check the Loops button and make sure that it's programmed to bring you back to page 1. But then, if there are any buttons anywhere on the controller that are programmed to take you to the Midi Setup page...

Find your button(s) that bring you to the "Midi Setup" page and turn off Send on Preset Change and Update on Preset Change on them. Also make sure that Momentary is turned on for those buttons. That will prevent the button from triggering on preset changes.
