Returned to home, and started using GT22 + Axe-Fx again. Poll state enabled. I changed one thing: on the GT under Devices I limited the number of presets to 768 (previously: 1024), because the GT isn't able to access anything above 768 anyway. So far so good.

Yes, IIRC I disabled Poll State and that seemed to work. But I can't really do without 'Poll State' for various reasons. I'm relying on memory now, because I'm currently 8000 km away from my gear. ;)

I've been experiencing occasional weird presets jumps throughout the last years. (GT22 with Axe-Fx III) Fairly certain my config is okay, so I've attributed it to a firmware quirk, possibly MIDI Bank-related. I can't pinpoint it to a specific preset.

Just adding that this feature isn't needed. Add a CC to Increment Scene /Decrement Scene in MIDI /Remote on the Axe-Fx, and configure the GT to send that CC.

I have solved it by using a pair of CME WIDI Masters (wireless MIDI) at both sides. This circumvents the ticking noise issue when using a cable.

Discussed before. When I have assigned this action to a button, at some point the GT gets confused and messes up the MIDI banks when switching presets. It’s definitively related to the use of this specific action.
