Here is the Device tab, and my Ext. page now. I note if you look at the "Stored" settings for the Ext. controllers (not global), it apparently has CC#7 assigned (third attachment)

Ian - how did you insert the screen shots above? On the Devices Tab, with SAxe-Fx III selected, I notice on mine there is a box unchecked toward bottom that says "Direct Send PCs/CCs - is that checked on yours???
