Always on tuner display?

Would it be possible to enable an always onscreen tuner mode? You could delegate a very slim portion of the top or bottom of the screen to showing the tuner. I wouldn't mind getting rid of my pedals tuner.
 
Unfortunately, that one is definitely not possible with the current hardware. The tuner takes up a lot of the processor's resources, It can't do much else when it's tuning.
