Axe-Fx III Scenes Weird Behaviour

So I just got the GT/22 and I've been setting it up to run with the Axe-Fx III. I followed the instructions for setting the GT up to map presets and scenes on the Axe-Fx to songs on the GT. This worked to the extent that I got GT songs that correspond to Axe-Fx presets and GT preset that correspond to Axe-Fx scenes. However, I couldn't get the IA buttons to display which effects were actually on in each scene. After a little bit of research I discovered that I could achieve this by enabling the sending of redundant PCs on the GT. Now, having enabled redundant PCs I'm experiencing some weird behaviour when switching between Axe-Fx scenes via presets on the GT. Basically what's happening is that the GT is forcing the Axe-Fx to make a layover at scene 1 whenever switching between scenes. For instance, if I'm on scene 2 and want to switch to scene 3, I can see the Axe-Fx first switching to scene 1 and then to scene 3 when I press the relevant switch on the GT. The latency caused by this is very noticeable.

I must be doing something wrong here. Any help would be kindly appreciated.

Send Redundant PCs is likely causing the second issue, it's forcing the Axe-Fx's preset to reload, which is bringing it back to scene 1, then selecting the scene.

You shouldn't need Send Redundant PCs turned on to get effect block status updates. You might need Poll State to be turned on, but I'm not sure that even that is needed.

Thanks for the quick reply and explanation. Turning off redundant PCs definitely solved the weird behaviour I was running into. Regarding the effect block status updates, I have no idea what happened, but when I turned everything on just now the IA buttons were functioning as they should.
