Bottom Row of buttons not displaying writing

All of a sudden the bottom row of buttons on my mastermind GT 22 are not displaying the preset names. Also in setup mode the bottom row doesn't display writing. The buttons do all work and execute programmed actions. I did a firmware update and still no luck. Any other ideas or things to try?

If it's not working even in the setup mode, it's likely a hardware failure in one of the LCDs. A failure on one LCD can make the rest not operate.

How easy it is to fix depends on its age. In GTs made around mid-2020 or later, it's fairly easy to replace one LCD (some soldering and desoldering required). Otherwise, you'll need to replace the whole row, which is even easier, but more expensive. Please contact us at support@rjmmusic.com if you want to set up an RMA.

Actually I believe it is still under warranty. I purchased it 8/26/2023. Is that correct?
