communication lost

Hi, Communication between my GT and axefx has stopped... I tried an other midi cable and that seemed to send messages from the axefx to GT but not the other way...

What can I best do to find out where the problem is?

Make sure Bidirectional MIDI is turned on in the GT, make sure your Axe-Fx model name is correct in Devices.
