Didn't understand how PAGES work ... sorry

Hi all,

sorry ... but I didn't understand the way to use the "PAGES" function.

I have 8 presets: I would have presets 1 to 4 in my first page ... presets 5 to 8 to my second page.


I try with a lot of experiments ... but I didn't understand how to Presets / Pages work.


Can you try to help me understand ? Thanks !
 
Thanks for your answer ... I took a look at all your videos (and more) ... I didn't find any tutorial part that helped me.

On every page, when I choose "Type > Preset" on buttons 1 > 4 on Page 2, I always have preset 1 > 4 ...

Can assign presets 5 to 8 ...
 
It's explained in the videos, especially #3. The preset numbers that are assigned to preset buttons are based on the current bank not the current page.

If you want a fixed preset button on a page that doesn't change based on the current bank, then video #21 describes how to do it.
 
So ... all my 8 buttons (4 on "page 1" and 4 on "page 2") should be set as IA > System > Preset > "number of the preset" ?

It is correct ?
