We don't officially support it, but I would imagine that you'd be able to get it working (never tried it myself). Generally, apps don't have CC numbers predefined for each function, which prevents us from creating a template for it.
The key is to create a device in the Devices list that represents Guitar Rig. Set the MIDI port to USB for that device. Then, use PC or CC actions to send commands to the app. Make sure that the channel you're transmitting on matches the channel that Guitar Rig is receiving on.
