[DONE] Automatic Master/Slave mode for MidiClock

In my pre-PBC days, I had a device from another company to tap and send MidiClock to all my devices.

It always functioned as the "master" device unless it detected MidiClock at it's Midi input.

This feature is great because my rig either functions in "live" or "studio" mode.
- "Live" mode I manually tap tempos.
- "Studio" mode my rig receives MidiClock from the session computer.

I realize this is a lazy request as I can go into the Midi settings menu and manually select between master or slave.

One issue I have with the current setup is with my Empress Tremolo2:
- If my rig is in "slave" or "studio" mode and the computer is not sending MidiClock (meaning we're not tracking or listening back), the Tremolo2 stops tremolo-ing.
So in between takes I cannot dial in or audition my tremolo unless I ask the engineer to run the click track.

My hope with the automatic "master/slave" mode is if MidiClock is interrupted at the PBC input, the PBC would "take over" and continue sending the current tempo (and my tremolo would continue tremolo-ing).
