Dunlop Volume(x) mini issues

I have a Dunlop Volume(x) mini setup as a volume pedal and I’m finding that all of the volume is at the end of the travel.

I’ve tried it with just the volume and the amp and it works fine, but when I use it through a PBC loop it’s not very usable. I’ve tried all the combinations of the internal switches and haven’t found a setting that works. Any tips with using this pedal?

Interesting. I find the opposite... the Dunlop's normal curve is more logarithmic than linear, so it get's to 80% volume fast, then the other 20% is in the last 80% of pedal travel.

I had the exact same issue with a volume x mini into the insert loop the PBC 6x. Turns out it was a bad cable in loop 4. Really weird, but that fixed it!
