Effect Gizmo 2.0 (12 loop) Random short crackle

I've had my Effect Gizmo for a while and have recently noticed an issue with short, random crackling (full spectrum) in the signal. This happens even when all loops are turned off. This weekend I'm going to test all loops, inputs, and outputs, but I thought I'd also check here to see if this is an issue that has been encountered before. I'd love some ideas on how to isolate the problem. I've tested the signal before it gets to the Gizmo and it does not happen there. It only happens when the signal is processed through the unit.

It's not anything I've heard of before. Bypassing the buffer and click stopper would be the first step. They're the only active parts of the circuit, and removing them would tell us if one of those was the culprit.

Turns out that the noise is happening on all the microphone channels, too. Looks like I have a bigger problem on my hands. Thank you for the reply, though!
