Eventide H9000

Wondering if anyone has setup their GT with the Eventide H9000?
A buddy is getting ready to go out n the road again as soon as this crazy pandemic eases up and asked me to assist him in getting his rig configured.

He purchased an H9000 and it's still in the box. Before we order a GT, we would like to hear from anyone in the know.

i have an Eventide Eclipse running with my GT22. Have also used a H4500.
I’m hoping Eventide have sorted out their midi mapping & functionality coz it’s terrible in such a high end device. Sorry but I’m not familiar with the H9000.
From memory I needed to save my presets (eg: patch 23, 68, 128 etc) in the Eventide to allocated midi banks (patch 1, 2, 3) to make midi switching easier.
The RJM stuff is easy - the Eventide stuff is hard work!!

As I thought, Eventide big box gear can be challenging. I think Ill download the H9000 manual and see if I can get additional insight.
