I have a MMGT 10, a GigRig G3 Atom, a Kemper Rack Mk1, (soon to be a Stage Mk2) and lots of pedals. What I don't have is any expression pedal anywhere in my very complex rig.
I'd like to limit my floor pedals to two. I want to be able to use one as a volume pedal, and one as an expression pedal, or two expression pedals as needed.
My question is where is the most flexible placement of expression pedals. Do I get two of the Mission SP1-RJM pedals and connect to the GT10? Or get one SP1-RJM and one EP1-KP and connect it to the Kemper?
Essentially, I'm wanting to know if connecting two pedals to the GT10 will allow me the same access to a parameter on the Kemper (or any pedal for that matter) as if I were to connect an expression pedal locally to a device. To put it another way, is there any advantage or disadvantage to where the expression pedals are connected?
