Ext switch buttons, different function on different pages possible?

I’ve got a Hotone dual momentary switch as the ext footswitch to my PBC6X. At the moment is set to bank up and down on the preset’s page. I can’t seem to change the function of it on other pages? It’s that normal or can I get it to have different functions on different pages?
 
Make sure Global is turned off for the switched on page 1, that will allow you to edit them independently on each page.
