Yes, the external switches can do anything the internal switches can. If I recall correctly, you need to assign CC numbers to Scene Up and Scene Down (in the Axe-Fx MIDI settings), then set the external switch buttons to be IA buttons that send those CC numbers. Turn on Momentary on those switches as well. I recommend using CC numbers in the range of 1 to 10 to avoid conflicts with anything else.

Yeah Woopieee i got it to work but it skips to scenes on each press on footswitch any idea ???

Set it to off:None on:127, that should prevent it from triggering when released.

You Sir are a legend..... Got it thanks man. it was also that it was in momentary mode a switched to toggle mode action type helped.
