[Fixed in 4.0] Bug: switching from Song "mode" to Preset "mode" through System>Preset

I've assigned a switch (HOLD) to IA > System > Preset. When I hold this switch, the RJM recalls a specific preset.

Works fine but not when I'm in "Song Mode". The switch won't do anything. I have to switch back to "Preset Mode" first, using Preset Menu, for the IA switch to work correctly again.
 
Ok, is the preset that you're trying to access part of any song? Currently, any preset you access in song mode (except the global preset) has to be part of a song in order to access it, but this is something I will likely change in 4.0.
