GT16 Freezes occasionally

Occasionally the whole GT16 board freezes and will not respond when changing presets. Re-powering the unit fixes the problem. I can't spot any correlation in when this happens - it happens with different presets when going from one to another and the Axe-FX is fine (i.e. it doesn't freeze) Luckily it hasn't happened onstage yet - only at practice, but its very worrying!

That's one symptom that hasn't been reported by anyone so far... When it locks up does anything on the unit change, screen color, text, etc?

No nothing changes. It just completely freezes up and nothing will change until it is powered up again.
