H9 switching presets when using "Alt preset" without adressing it

What happens is, when (for instance) I'm in preset 1 and press preset 1 again, it switches to the alternative preset that has been selected. The H9 that is given an CC toggle #10 on 127 (bypass) is bypassed but also changes the preset.
Most of the time it isn't a problem, just weird. But when an effect has trails, it just shuts off.

Someone knows what I'm doing wrong?
