Help - Want to send Midi program from Ableton to RJM Rack

I have been reading about the RJM rack and I think what I want to do is possible but want to hear from everyone here who may already have experience with it.

I want to send midi signal from my controller to Ableton. From Ableton send a Program to the RJM rack to tell it which pedals to select.

I have been looking around but cannot figure out how I would set program numbers to the different configurations on the RJM Rack.
 
You'll need to use Ableton or another MIDI controller to send program changes to the Effect or Rack Gizmo. The process is:

- Send a program change to the Gizmo
- Use the front panel to select which loops should turn on for that program number
- Hold the Write button to store the changes

The Write button will store the current loop settings to the last program number that was received over MIDI.
