Introducing the Smart Multibox

I have just bought a Kemper Profiler Player which doesn’t have a DIN connection for Midi but does have a USB host port (USB type A) and a USB device (?) port (USB type B) and can send and receive Midi through both. Will the Smart Multibox enable bi-directional midi communication between my Mastermind GT/10 and my Kemper if I connect the Smart Multibox to the USB host port on the Kemper?

I haven't tried it, but I would expect that the Smart Multibox would work as MIDI inputs/outputs when connected to the USB host port. (Because that's what it does when connected to a PC)
