Is it possible to include a boost on the PBC?

I figure you can add a (programmable clean) boost to one of the output buffers, right?

That would come in handy actually but there is probably a good reason for it not to be there.

Technically it's possible, but not without a redesign.

with a redesign you mean hardware? In the sense that this would never happen?. I have a loop occupied by a pedal that only just boosts the signal for solos. Would love to exchange it for a different pedal

If it ever happened, it would have to be a new product, the current hardware as it is doesn't have the ability to alter signal levels.
