MMGT 16 - Multiple setlists, shows up on device as BLANK

  1. Multiple setlists programmed on the MMGT16.
  2. Press the two buttons to enter setup mode
  3. Press the SetList button.
  4. Now shows "Select a Setlist" with ALL buttons colored normally, but BLANK, no text.
    • I can still select a setlist from the ones programmed on the device by clicking any button, but I cannot SEE what setlist it represents until I select it. Normally I can see the list of setlists across all of the buttons.

NOTES:
  • I am using the official RJM Phantom Power cable into MIDI OUT w/ the RJM Phantom power unit.
  • Firmware version 4.2.3 / build 1246

Any ideas? What can I provide that would be helpful for debugging this?
 
That is probably a power issue. The all-white screens of the setlist menu draw more current than any other configuration, and the LCDs are the first to show symptoms of not enough power. What power supply do you have plugged into the phantom power box?
 
So yeah, that was it. I'm an idiot and used the wrong supply. 12V / 2.5A works fine. DERP! ;) Thanks!
