PBC10/Kemper Help

hey guys, newbie here.
I am starting off using the PBC 10 as basically a remote for now.
Buttons 1-4 going through the Kemper Performance presets
Bank Up/Down going to next or previous rig or performance

Problems.
  1. Bank Up or Bank Down. Both actually make the kemper change the Bank But it doesn't enter the bank it just shows the new bank name on the kemper screen but nothing happens
  2. Tuner turns the tuner on the kemper but I do not see it on the remote screen.

How do you have the Bank up and down configured? For best results, you should be using standard preset and bank buttons, not IA buttons that send CCs to the Kemper. Turn on Auto Names and it should work correctly.

Add a System / Tuner action to the tuner button to get the tuner to display on the PBC.

Once I tap that button do I need to tap something else to go to the next performance or should it just automatically load?
 
Now that I think about it, I think there's a setting in the Kemper that enables auto loading banks.
