RG-16 Power: Is 10V AC ok?

I just rewired my rack and have a power supply which has two 9V AC zones. The actual voltage is a bit higher.
Zone One 9V AC is actually 9.89V-10.25V
and Zone Two 9V AC is 9.19-9.45

I do have a spare variable DC zone which could be set to exactly 12.00V DC if Zones One and Two are too high.
Also, to be clear I am phantom powering a Morningstar MC-8 via RG-16 MIDI In.

Will the RG-16 be fine on Zone One? I'd like to use Zone Two for my WH-1.

My RG-16 is circa 2011; red lights/ all mono.

Those voltages are all fine. AC outputs are not regulated so we made sure that there was enough margin for error. As long as it doesn't start going much over 12VAC, you should be ok.
