Set up issues x2

OK I’m in set up hell again. I’m trying to set up to X threes and two mastermind 1-22 and 1-16. I’m having two different issues on each set up, which is messing me up because I went back there to set up screens and both the set up. Sorry identical. OK on the 16 I can’t get the tuner to show up on the display on the peddle board and I do have the buy bi-directional box checked off. And on the 22 I have to press the button twice and order for it to work on the way back. I pressed pedal one it works. I go to pedal too. It works, but then if I wanna go back to button one, I have to press button one twice in order for it to set up. And I have the same. Any help would be really appreciated.
 
I'm probably going to need more information to be able to debug this. We can start with the tuner issue. I assume you mean Axe-Fx 3s? How do you have the Axe-Fx connected to the GT? You need the Axe-Fx MIDI In connected to the GT MIDI output and the Axe-Fx MIDI Out connected to the GT's Remote In. Or, you need an interface box to combine the In and Out connections into one cable.

Regarding the other issue, please send me your settings file and I can have a look.
