Several CC toggle button presses to get MEG-X tuner to return audio

I have a Mastermind LT and a MEG-X. On the Mastermind LT I have programmed a button as instant access, CC Toggle, CC 119, and also assigned a Sytem/Tuner action. This activates the tuner on the MEG-X, and works well. However, sometimes (not every time) I need to press the button a few times before the toggle-back takes effect. This seems to happen if I press the button fairly soon after I used the tuner a previous time. I wonder has anyone else experienced this issue?

I've tried using another button (in case it might be a hardware issue) but the same thing happens.

Well, things have improved - I have allocated the tuning function to one of the two buttons on an external auxiliary switch, and it works reliably.

I don't suppose this is technically case closed, but I'm happy to leave things as they are.

False hope - it's still failing to return the audio sporadically!
