As per usual, I like to find the strange issues.
I just recently picked up an Iridium to add to my board because of the MIDI capabilities. Unfortunately, when I change presets, it will eventually lock up the iridium to where I can’t even press the on board on/off button and I’m forced to power cycle the iridium.
Normally, I’d go straight to Strymon about something like this, but here’s the weird thing. It ONLY happens on preset changes frequently. If I go to my iridium button page and just use the “Device +/-“ feature, it never freezes up the pedal.
I’m using the Strymon midi to TRS cable and a Quadra Thru. I also tested it with a Disaster Midi Box 4 and got the same result.
