Three states (on, off, no change) for IA loops?

This is for a situation where you have IA buttons where you sometimes want to trigger them with some specific presets, the rest of the time you just want them to stay where they are (on or off) across other presets. Is it possible to have an option for a "no change" IA button state programmable per preset where no MIDI goes out for an AI button, and the IA button stays where it was, lighted or unlighted, when a new preset is loaded? In other words, to persist an IA button state across presets unless that IA button is programmed off or on for that preset?

If this already exists and I missed it, please let me know, and thanks in advance.

I found a work around of sorts for my needs for now.. I'm using IA buttons and pages for pretty much everything presets and banks would do.. They default to the "don't care" what other buttons are set to, yet can be programmed by IA ID to turn on when you want a combo of them.....The only downside I see is the page limit of 16, but I doubt I'll ever run up against that...
