WISH: GT ext. switch “Hold” LED pulse

Since I’m too lazy to search for this idea (or some variation thereof) having already been “wished”, I’d like to see the external switch LED be able to show different states when the PRIMARY and HOLD functions are activated. Right now the LED is “solid ON” when the PRIMARY=ON and (I assume) no indication for HOLD=ON (or is there? I’m just now soldering and haven’t tried it...)

How about:

a) a“.75sec ON/.25sec OFF” LED cycle to indicate PRIMARY=ON. Could also be a 1hz ramp up/down cycle (even cooler!) if your existing hardware circuitry allows.

b) a “rapid flash” pattern “ON ON ON ON OFF OFF” per second (in effect replacing the PRIMARY=ON “single pulse” with “four rapid pulses” in the same .75sec period of time) when HOLD=ON.

c) alternate between both of the above
when both PRIMARY=ON and HOLD=ON?

Just a thought - hey, it’s only firmware, right?
