1/4" mono T/S male plug to 1/4" TRS male plug?

Ron tells me that I need to use one of these cables from the send of my amp's loop to the input on loop #8 of my Rack Gizmo if I want to run a cool stereo set up with my G-Force.
I've never seen such a cable and can't seem to find one through any Google search.

Does anyone know how I might find and acquire such a cable?

Not seen any online recently (you don't say where you're based though). It'd be about a 2 minute soldering job to make one up. You just connect both the tip and ring on the TRS jack to the tip on the TS jack, using a bit of balanced (microphone) cable.
