Banking through songs while on another button page

Hi Ron, So I have local pages setup per song (each preset relative to a song has identical local buttons shared across them) as every song has its own set of presets. But currently banking between songs can only be done when already on a songs local page...

So, while on another button page, i'd like to still be able to bank between songs... is this possible without activating 'Instant Bank Switching'? as I dont want presets to be activated instantly.

I'm not sure I understand, bank up/down buttons should work, regardless of what page you're on or what song.
